We conduct surveys for workers to know about their working conditions. The data collected from across different industries reveal unique insights, analysis, and the related affect to the economy. We support the leadership and vision of the working class.

Coworker Vision is a non-profit organization that supports people in improving their work lives by using digital tools, information, and strategies. Our organization is a platform for workers to take up strategies for analysis and contribute to significant changes in the global economy. We strive to protect workers’ rights due to the fact that employers often exploit them.

Workers face several security issues. Many employees, who are performing their duties rightfully, are terminated without serving any prior notice. We work to raise awareness for the protection of employee rights.
We advocate for secure, respectable workplaces - free from harassment, discrimination, and abuse. Workers launch their campaigns to demand protection from harassment and retaliation after reporting abuse using the tools that we provide. Moreover, we take action to address some of the fundamental contractual problems, forced arbitration, which employees often claim makes it more challenging to obtain justice.
